Everything Mommyhood has been lucky enough to be teaming up with Walmart this Holiday Season for their Top 20 List Chosen by Kids! Over the past four weeks I’ve introduced you to different toys that are super hot this season!  This is the last toy that I will be posting about for the holiday season. Walmart wanted to hear from kids on what THEY like. They gathered together hundreds of children ages 18 months to 12 years to play with the hottest new toys from Hasbro, Mattel, Spin Master and Zing. Walmart wanted the children’s opinions on what they thought was best and the most wanted. The toys that I will be posting were of course on that list of the most played with by kids!

Check out all of the super fun toys that we posted about from Walmart!
Week 1 – Sew Cool Sewing Studio
Week 2 – Disney Princess Palace Pets Magic Dance Pumpkin
Week 3 – Razor A Kick Scooter
Week 4 – Boomer – Zoomer Dino
Week 5 – Zing Airstorm Firetek Bow (Read on below!)

The Air Storm Firetek Bow by Zing is SO much fun, and it lights up, so not only can you use it during the day, but at night too! Included is the bow, and 3 arrows, which all of them light up and they arrows actually fly up to 145 feet! It’s easy to load a foam arrow into the bow and shoot it, which the length you can get by shooting them is amazing. My nephew is really going to love this for Christmas as he’s been asking for this as one of his gifts too.

Light up day and night with the Firetek Bow. The ultimate foam bow and arrows now have blazing light-up power, so the action never stops. Fire up the Zonic Blaze whistling arrows, hook the arrows in the fast-load loops and you are ready to aim and fire! Watch as the arrows light up the sky and scream through the air over 145 feet. With the power of the Firetek Bow, the next generation of battle starts now — don’t just hit the target, storm it!

Included with the Airstorm Firetek Bow:

  • Loop-and-launch technology
  • LED-activated power grip
  • Fire-glow LED
  • Fast-load, soft foam, long-range arrows shoot over 125′
  • Includes 1 LED power bow and 3 Zonic Blaze whistling arrows
  • Requires 2 AAA batteries (included)

I’d definitely recommend this for children age 8 and up. My 6 year old daughter has been begging to try it out too, but I’ve told her we have to wait to give it to her cousin for Christmas and then she can try it out as well. When we went to Walmart just today, we looked to see if they had any accessories for it, and they were actually ALL sold out of the Air Storm Firetek Bow, so I know so many children are going to be happy this holiday season.

Buy it: You can purchase the Air Storm Firetek Bow at your local Walmart, or Walmart.com for $29.97.

While shopping at Walmart, keep in mind you can use Walmart’s Layaway! There’s no opening fee which is great especially when shopping for the holidays on a budget. A down payment is required of 10% or $10, whichever is greater.

Also don’t forget about Walmart’s Savings Catcher. If you haven’t heard about it yet, you must look into it. Walmart guarantees that their prices are unbeatable, so with Savings Catcher you can download the Walmart App on your phone, scan your receipt and it will automatically price match local printed ads and pay you back via a Walmart E-Gift Card.

I also recommend checking out Ad Match. Through Ad Match, Walmart will match the price of any local competitor’s printed ad for an identical item at the service desk. This applies to layaway items too, which can save you a ton of money this holiday season.

Will you be buying an Air Storm Firetek Bow for one of your children for Christmas? What’s your favorite feature of the Air Storm Firetek Bow?
